Modi Govt’s agenda corruption-free, robust infrastructure: Dushyant Goutam
STATE TIMES NEWS
BISHNAH: BJP National General Secretary Dushyant Goutam alleged that the previous “family” rulers of Jammu-Kashmir prioritized personal interest over the state’s and thus led to ignorance of development work in the Union Territory. The Jammu & Kashmir was “broken”. There had been “no system” in place due to the mis-governance and corruption by the powerful “dynasty” rulers responsible for ruining the region. Dushyant Goutam was campaigning in Khour, Bishnah and more areas at Jammu for DDC Elections.
Dushyant Goutam said, the prime agenda of the BJP Government is to provide corruption-free, robust institutional infrastructure in the region. Projects pending for over 4 decades like Shahpur-Kandi project were started, J&K Infrastructure Development Finance Corporation was created last year to complete projects languishing for 5-10 years. Panchayat Elections were also held successfully. The core is to strengthen the Panchayat Structure in the state. A Panchayat Secretariat is being created. Also, all 4300 Panchayat Bhawan will have a standardized design.
Addressing the people of Jammu-Kashmir, Dushyant Goutam said, Union Government has taken various concrete steps for the rapid progress of the region, especially after the abrogation of the Article 370 and creation of the new Union Territory. Most importantly, the 50 Central schemes like Kisan Samman Nidhi, Ayushman Bharat etc will be accessible to the people of Jammu & Kashmir. Effective popularisation and implementation of these schemes will lead to equal opportunities, educational and economic development, employment creation and industrial development in the new Union Territory.
Dushyant Goutam, cautioned the people of Jammu & Kashmir of the candidates of political parties run by dynasts who pushed the region into darkness for decades. The darkness will turn into sunshine once the “lotus” blooms in the DDC Elections. It’s time for development.
