RAJOURI: An Interaction with ESM was conducted at Keri (Rajouri) by Rashtriya Rifles Battalions. During the interaction, the ESM were acquainted with the various initiatives undertaken by the Army for the welfare of ESM in the AOR while adhering to strict guidelines of COVID-19 pandemic. The gathering was made aware of latest Govt Policies, Pre- recruitment rallies and Sainik School Coaching carried out and planned in next three months. Data of personal issues were also collected for early disposal with respective departments.
The attendees were also informed of Tender Feet School located at Keri so that children in their families can make use of school for structured education. ESM pledged that they will motivate youth of their area to Join Armed Forces to be part of mainstream, keep them away from illegal activities like drug peddling and keep in touch with Civil administration in smooth conducted of DDC.
