KULGAM: An Improvised Explosive Device (IED) was found near Masjid in Shurat area of Kulgam district on Friday afternoon.
As per details, an IED was detected by joint team of Army’s 9 RR, CRPF and Police near Amhadia Masjid in Shurat village, which was fitted in a pipe.
Soon after receiving the information, the Bomb Disposal Squads of the army and police rushed to the spot and destroyed it safely.
