SRINAGAR: Kirmani Kings Lawapora and Super Giants Gotapora emerged victorious after exceptional performances in the fourth day matches of ongoing Kashmir Narbal Premier League (KNPL), here on Tuesday. In the first match, Kirmani Kings defeated Bhat Badshahs by three wickets.
Batting first, Bhat Badshahs made 125 runs in 20 overs. Showkat Ahmad with 38 runs was the top scorer. For Kirmani Kings, Sahil took four wickets.
In reply, Kirmani Kings team achieve the target in 19.5 overs for the loss of seven wickets. Babbar Suhail was top scorer with 39 runs. For his four wickets haul, Sahil was adjudged as Man of the Match.
In second match, Super Giants Gotapora outplayed Bazar Badshahs Narbal by four wickets. Batting first, Bazar Badshahs was bundled out for only 108 runs. Showkat Ahmad made 25 runs. For Super Giants, skipper Shahid Hassan took three wickets and Mehrajudin two.
In reply, Super Giants achieved the target in 16 overs for the loss of five wickets. Syed Taha scored 33 runs while Mehrajudin made 27. Mehrajudin was adjudged as Man of the Match.
