JAMMU: Jatinder Singh, Director, Command Area Development, Jammu, mourned demise of Vijay Raina, District Subject Matter Specialist (SMS). In this connection, a condolence meeting was held in the Office of Project Officer, Soil and Water Management, Command Area Development, Jammu, in the meeting hall of Directorate of Command Area Development, Jammu. The meeting expressed sympathies with the family and prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and forbearance to the family to bear this irreparable loss.
