JAMMU: Sarv Shakti Chandi Mata Mandir, Jammu, is celebrating the Sthapana Diwas of Shri Chandi Mata (Machail Wali) on March 2 and 3 inside the premises of Shri Maha Lakshmi Mandir, Pacca Danga, Jammu.
Considering the Holi Festival falling on March 1, only Hawan and Kanjak Poojan will be performed on March 1. However, the Bhandara will be organized in Brahmin Sabha, Parade Ground on March 2 from 12:00 Noon onwards and the Kirtan shall be performed at Shri Maha Lakshmi Ji Temple, Pacca Danga from 3:00 PM onwards.
The Sanstha urged upon the concerned authorities for making adequate security and other necessary arrangements for the smooth conduct of the event and restricting the vehicular movement in the area on March 2.
