RAJOURI: BJP Senior leader and MLC Vibodh Gupta on Wednesday addressed the pooling booth workers meet at Patrara Rajouri and called upon all the participants to work with more dedication and determination to ensure strong base for the party.
While addressing the workers, Vibodh said that strengthening booth level management is key to winning elections. He also asked the booth level workers to ensure that local issues of the common man were addressed on priority. While referring to the ongoing tension in the border area, he appreciated the patriotic locals of the area and said that besides facing so many problems these locals never fall prey to the evil designs of the enemy. He termed the polling booth workers of the part as very strong pillars on which BJP stands and said that a strong party means a strong nation.
On the occasion many prominent leaders and workers from Congress including Mohd. Dawood, Mohd. Irshad, Mohd. Arif, Mohd Azeem, Mohd. Ramzan, Mohd. Naseem, Shamsheer Ahmed, Karamdaat, Khaliq Hussain, Mohd. Yunis and Khalid Hussain joined the BJP.
Meanwhile another polling booth workers Sameelan was organized at Thanamandi and was addressed by BJP District President Dinesh Sharma and Former Chairman of Rajouri Municipality Rajinder Gupta. Prominent among others who were present on the occasion included Mohd. Azam, Kamal Bakshi, Talib Mir, Bodh Raj and Sanjay Dutt.
