RAJOURI: Mufti Mohammad Sayeed (MMS) Memorial T20 Cricket Tournament concluded here on Thursday with BCC register win over FCC in the final match.
Match was played in the District Police Lines ground and award giving ceremony was also held in Police Lines. Winner Team was awarded Rs One lakh and trophy and runner up team was awarded with Rs. 50,000 and a Trophy.
MLA Rajouri, Chowdhary Qamar Hussain, District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, Senior Superintendent of Police, Rajouri, Yougal Manhas were special invitees in the final match in which BCC registered win and clinched the tournament.
In the award ceremony, Rajouri Sports Committee headed by Tazeem Dar, which organised this T20 Cricket Tournament, through the hands of special invitees, handed over awards and trophies to the winning as well as runner up teams and hailed the sportsman spirit shown by players in the tournament.
On this occasion, Rajouri Sports Committee also felicitated special invitees who in turn hailed the efforts of Rajouri Sports Committee in holding such sports events which upgrade the sports talent of youth of Rajouri.
Besides a large number of locals and civil society members, DySP HQrs Jaswant Singh, DySP OPs Sukhdev Singh, SDPO Manjakote Imtiyaz Ahmed, SHO Rajouri Tahir Khan and others officer were present who were also felicitated by Rajouri Sports Committee.
