JAMMU: Secretary Legislative Council, Abdul Majid Bhat on Wednesday informed the Legislative Council about the bills passed by the State Legislature and assented to by the Governor.
The bills assented to by the Governor include “The Jammu and Kashmir General Sales Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2017 (Act No. III of 2017)”; “The Jammu and Kashmir Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) (Amendment) Bill, 2017 (Act No. IV of 2017)”; and “The Jammu and Kashmir Civic Laws (Special Provisions) (Amendment) Bill, 2017 (Act No. VI of 2017).
