JAMMU: Burglars on the intervening night of January 1 and January 2, struck at a Wine shop in Digiana area, broke out the shutter and decamped with the cash and some liquor.
The burglary was noticed on Tuesday morning when the sales men came to the shop. They raised alarm which invited the attention of others shopkeepers, who questioned the tall claims of police about night patrolling.
Soon after a complaint was lodged with Satwari police station, an FIR was registered and police is investigating the matter.
