JAMMU: Maiden Chess Premier League being organised by the All J and K Chess Association (AJKCA) shall start from December 7 at Press Club Jammu premises, here.
“The four-day event shall be declared open at 1:30 PM and the valedictory of the League shall take place on December 10 at 5:00 PM,” informed President AJKCA, Atul Gupta.
In all, 100 players, including six blind, representing different teams shall compete for the top honours in this competition.
The participating nine teams are Black and White, Chess Champs, Queen and Knight, Chess Legends, White Knights, Chess Tigers, King and Queen, Trikuta Wizard and Ridham Chess.
