JAMMU: NGR won today’s match to consolidate their position in the ongoing Football League Tournament of District Football Association (DFA) at GGM Science College Ground, here.
In the first match, NGR defeated Christian Star 2-1.
Jeevan scored both goals in 12th and 55th minutes of the game. For Christian Star, Sahil scored a lone goal in 62nd minute.
The second match of the day was played between Param Football Club and Shaheen Football Club which ended in goalless draw.
Today’s matches were officiated by Rocky Sharma, Sanjay Kumar, Dil Bahadur, Moon Stephen, Vijay Kumar, Dheeraj Meenia and Suresh Gupta.
Today’s matches were witnessed by Sheikh Mehmood (Retd.) President DFA Jammu, Ajay Kumar and Sanjay Kumar Commandant and Deputy Commandant of SSB respectively, S.M Gill, David, Varinder Gupta and Narinder Gupta.
