JAMMU: To spread awareness about the importance of girl child and also to threw light on how to achieve true women empowerment, Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu organised inter house skit competition on the topic ‘Save Girl Child’. Students from classes 6 to 8 representing their respective houses viz. Harmony, Wisdom, Passion and Optimism participated in the competition with full enthusiasm and dedication.
The competition was adjudged by Munmun and Meena and winners were declared on the basis of set criteria. Wisdom House was adjudged first, second position was bagged by Passion House and Harmony House clinched third position.
Principal cum Vice Chairperson Rohini Aima appreciated the performances of the participants and motivated the students to be enthusiastic towards such competitions for gaining confidence. She also asked the students to propagate the message they learnt from the different performances.
