SRINAGAR: Advisor to Chief Minister, Prof. Amitabh Mattoo on Monday congratulated Vice Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Projects Construction Corporation (JKPCC), Sheikh Khalid Jehangir for being nominated for a prestigious USA fellowship.
“It is a great achievement for a young leader and I am delighted to learn that Jehangir has been nominated for USA fellowship,” Prof Mattoo said. The VC JKPCC has been nominated by South East Asia Center, Pennsylvania USA for a fellowship titled Diplomacy and Outreach, aimed to promote constructive diplomacy in a changing world through innovative and inclusive approaches.
“I am sure his (Jehangir’s) exposure to the values of mature democracy will enhance his ability to contribute for the betterment of Jammu and Kashmir,” Prof. Mattoo added.
