DODA: The residents of villages Budhi and Joura Kala flayed the wrong survey of Kahara – Jai road under PMGSY.
The villagers who moved the court against this survey have obtained the orders dated 20th July, 2017 in case OWP 1108/2017 and MP 01/2017 to inquire into the irregularities committed in the survey.
The SDM and Tehsildar who have been deputed for inquiry are requested to go into the detail and give the correct report because there had been no acquiring of land and no landmarks have been shown as also the owners of land through which the road is to pass, are not aware of it.
People of the area have raised the slogans against the Revenue authorities and the MLA and MoS Roads and Building Sunil Kumar Sharma for taking unilateral action in the case.
