JAMMU: The State Government on Wednesday promoted four Superintending Engineers (SEs) of Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department as Chief Engineers (CEs) while 6 CEs have been transferred.
SEs Kishore Kumar Gupta, Varinder Raina, Ashok Kumar Gandotra and Rajinder Kumar Gupta have been promoted as CEs.
Consequent upon these promotions, six CEs have been transferred and adjusted. Rajeev Gandotra, Chief Engineer, I&FC, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Chief Engineer, RTIC, Jammu. He will take over the charge on superannuation of H.C Jerath on August 31, 2017.
P N Bali, Director ERA has been posted as Chief Engineer, I&FC, Jammu; Kishore Kumar Gupta, ERA Kashmir as Chief Engineer, DICQ, Jammu; Varinder Raina, Joint Commissioner (Work) SMC, Srinagar as Chief Engineer, CVPP; Ashok Kumar Gandotra as Chief Engineer, PHE Jammu and Rajinder Kumar Gupta, on his promotion as CE, has been posted as Director ERA.
