The first song from Farah Khan’s upcoming film, Happy New Year was out yesterday (September 2). Titled Indiawaale, the number has already become a hit amongst common folk. And we too absolutely love this song. Here’s why…

Vishal-Shekhar’s foot tapping music – The musical duo has always worked wonders for Farah Khan. And this time as well, the filmmaker wouldn’t have any complaints as far as the music is concerned, we are sure. Indiawaale song is just filled with some catchy tune, and one wouldn’t stop humming it all day after listening to this song.

Vishal Dadlani, KK, Shankar Mahadevan and Neeti Mohan’s amazing combo – While the music of Indiawaale is catchy, Vishal, Shanker, KK and Neeti’s voice perfectly suits the track. Word.

Beautifully filmed – What really stands out is the way Indiawaale has been shot. The part where the star cast of HNY, which includes Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani and Vivaan Shah are performing on the stage has been filmed beautifully on a grand scale.

Groovy – We also love how the entire HNY cast is grooving together in this number. And they do make a good team, we have to say.

Abhishek’s mad antics – It’s Bachchan Jr who is stealing the thunder from his co-stars in this song. All thanks to his hatke avatar and crazy antics.
