JAMMU: JKPCC Chief Spokesperson and former MLC, Ravinder Sharma expressed serious concern over the devastating fire that has engulfed the forests in Nowshera and Sunderbani area for the past few days and charged that the government is not at all sincere to deal with this serious issue of destruction of environment which is a global concern. In a statement issued here on Thursday, Sharma said that most of the forests in Nowshera division have been destroyed due to the devastating fire at several places and demanded a high level enquiry to identify the culprits and those behind this conspiracy to destroy the green gold.
