JAMMU: A strong protest was held by United Democratic Party and United Sikh Council under the leadership of its Chairman Kuldeep Singh in which protestors blocked the National Highway at Digiana, Jammu on Tuesday after desecration of Holy Guru Granth Sahib. The protesters taking a serious note of the nefarious designs of such anti-social elements urged the BJP – PDP Coalition Government to arrest these elements immediately failing which the Sikh masses will come on road. Prominent among those present in the protest included Ballbir Singh, Manjeet Singh, H.S Raina, Mohinder Singh, Amarjeet Singh, Devinder Singh, M.P Singh, Amarpreet Singh and Paramjeet Singh.
