Enroll India as Permanent Member; declare Palestine as Sovereign State: NPP

JAMMU: Chief Patron of National Panthers Party (NPP), Prof Bhim Singh moved a resolution urging on the Members of the United Nations to upgrade India’s status as Permanent Member of the United Nations, which is the largest democracy in the world with second position as per population is concern.
The Resolution was moved by Prof Bhim Singh urging on all the Members of the United Nations and particularly Permanent Members to upgrade India’s status as Permanent Member of the UN in the interest of international peace, security and destruction of all nuclear arsenals and weapons in the world.
The Panthers Party resolutions congratulated Prof Bhim Singh for taking out a peace mission around the world on the motorcycle.
The resolution was strongly supported by Panthers Party Chairman, Harsh Dev Singh, President, Balwant Singh Mankotia, General Secretary, Anita Thakur and Vice President, Masood Andrabi.
The Panthers Party also passed a strong resolution urging on the Parliament of India to reorganise the State of J and K by creating a Federal System; a State of Jammu Pradesh and a State of Kashmir Ghati giving an open option to the Ladakh region to choose between either of the States or a status of Union Territory in J and K. The Panthers Party also demanded that the residents of J and K residing in Pak-occupied territories or under the control of China in the North-East or in Karakoram Highway belt (4,800 miles) which was donated by Pakistan to China in 1963 when Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was the Prime Minister of Pakistan should be given an opportunity to decide their future whether they want to go with Pakistan, China or India from all those occupied territories which have remained in control under the illegal occupation of Pakistan and China since 1948 or 1963 or otherwise.
Panthers Party declared that it shall launch a movement from Kashmir to Kanyakumari for the reorganisation of the State of J and K so that a confederation of Jammu State and Kashmir Ghati State is established by the Parliament.
Panthers Party also demanded the provision of all fundamental rights provided in Chapter-III in the Constitution of India to all the residents of J and K forthwith. Singh threatened that he shall move the International Court of Justice (ICJ) if the people of J and K are denied Fundamental Rights in J and K.
