JAMMU: Continuing the efforts for the success of Swachh Bharat Mission, R.S Jamwal, Joint Commissioner (A), JMC, Dr. Anita Salgotra, Health Officer, Sanitation Officer JMC in the presence of other sanitation staff of Health Wing distributed dustbins in the markets near GGM Science College Jammu.
This initiative was carried out under the instruction of Dr. Manmohan Singh, Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation.
President of Market Association, Ashok Gupta was also present alongwith their other association members.
Joint Comm. (A) JMC appealed to the shopkeepers to collect the garbage of their shops in dustbins and the Safaikaramcharies of this areas will collect the garbage or disposed in the nearby containers/ dustbins instead of throwing out of their shops.
If anybody found shall be strictly dealt under the provisions of Municipal Corp. Act 2000, he warned.
