JAMMU: Young Rovers confirmed its place in the final of the inter-district football tournament, which will be played at Parade Ground on 2nd March, 2017.
Earlier, in the semifinal played on Tuesday, Young Rovers defeated United FC Kathua by three goals to nil (3-1).
In another game played today, Param FC scored an easy 17-0 win over FC Ramban in one sided match. This was highest lead of the tournament till now.
In today’s matches DIG SSB Manavendra Negi, Second in Command S.B Chand, JAO NS Negi, DC Raj Ranjan, DC Kasturi Lal and SAO R. Wangial were present on the occasion to boost up the moral of both the teams.
Param FC Jammu and Kehli Mandi FC Samba will face each other tomorrow to grab their place in the final.
