KISHTWAR: Due to recent landslides after torrential rains, three houses collapsed in far-off locality Tander in Dachan area of Kishtwar.
According to reports, house of Mohd Ramzan Wani son of Rasool Ahmed was totally damaged while two other houses belonging to Ghulam Hassan and Jamshed Ali were damaged partially. Meanwhile reports said that 60 sheep/goats/ bovine animals are buried in the landslides.
When contacted DC Kishtwar, confirmed the report and said that a joint team of revenue, police and veterinary staff has been dispatched to the area to assess the situation.
