RAJOURI: Toseef Riaz, son of Mohd Riaz and Shamim Akhtar, resident of Jaralian, Tehsil and district Rajouri has been declared qualified for the award of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph D) in Botony by Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University. He worked on the topic ‘structural attributes, diversity status, resource utilization and management under Van Panchayat systems in Garhwal Himalaya” under the supervision of Dr B.S Bhandari.
