SRINAGAR: Budgam Police on Sunday arrested three drug peddlers and recovered contraband substance from their possession.
On specific information, a police party of Police Station Magam, Budgam apprehended three drug peddlers namely Manzoor Ahmad Mir, son of Abdul Rehman, resident of Mazhama, Nisar Ahmad Bhat, son of Sona-ul-Lah, resident of Nowpora Kallan and Sajad Ahmad Malik, resident of Pattan from Mazhama.
A total of 130 bottles of Codeine phosphate were recovered from their possession.
A case FIR number 06/2017 has been registered into the matter and investigation was taken up.
