JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir Wrestling Association shall be holding selection trials for juniors (16-17 years) to pick up team for the upcoming 36th Boy’s Free Style, Greeko Roman Style and 20th Girls’ Free Style, Sub Junior (Cadet) National Wrestling Championships to be held at Chittor in Andhra Pradesh (AP) from 8th to 12th February.
The interested wrestlers of the State in given categories have been advised to report to the penal of selectors at Bajrangi Akhara, Shalamar Road, here on 27th January at 9:00 AM, a handout issued by the Association here on Monday informed.
Wrestlers, participating in final selection trials, have been advised to bring along two passport size photographs as well as Aadhar Card/Voter ID with them. The penal of selectors include Jai Bharat (8717024777) and Dheeraj Sharma (94196285822) both NIS qualified coaches, the handout added.
