JAMMU: Smelling a deep-rooted conspiracy in the alleged molestation issue planted against a Jammu based doctor, Jammu Province Peoples’ Forum warned the politicians and authorities backing and abetting on behalf of vested interest, who are hell bent to ruin the life career of budding doctor by implicating him in a false and frivolous case, who has unblemished record of service career of 30 years.
In the meeting held here on Saturday, President JPPF, Pavitar Singh Bhardwaj warned the politicians not to indulge in cheap politics, who are trying to influence the process of departmental enquiry by adopting the political tactics. He further said that FIR stand since lodged, the department enquiry is in progress and the case is running in the Court of Law, there is no reason to agitate by some politicians with vested interest. The nefarious design of the politicians to defame the Jammu based officers have been exposed, which will not be tolerated as Jammuites are watching very keenly, he added. Demanding fair and impartial inquiry by an independent agency, Bhardwaj expressed doubt about the sanctity of enquiry as the same is subject to influence and in order to ensure that nepotism should not prevail upon justice.
The meeting was attended by Working President M.S Katoch, Kr Narayan Singh, Avinash Bhatia, Suneeta Sharma, Henna Jamwal, Sonia Devi, Surrinder Vir, Kuldeep Sharma, Ajet Singh Adyal, Udhey Chand, Darshan Singh Bhatia, Rajinder Gupta, Ashok Sharma, Pritam Sharma, Rajinder Singh, O.P Sharma, Parneet Kour, Dev Inder Singh and M.L Sharma.
