JAMMU: Government Degree College (GDC) Kathua bagged the overall trophy in the Inter-College Taekwondo (Men) Championship, organised by the Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu (JU) at Gymnasium Hall on the campus, here on Wednesday.
The title trophy was awarded to GDC Kathua by Director Sports and Physical Education, Prof Avtar Singh Jasrotia.
He also gave away the individual medals. The event was supervised by the technical panel comprising Atul Pangotra, Zaheer Abass, Sanjay Kumar, Sanjeet Sharma, Mukta Gupta, Narinder Sharma and Rajat Thakur.
The Detailed Results: 54 Kg: Randheer, GDC Kathua, gold; Sandeep Singh, GGM Science College, silver Aman Gupta, MAM College and Gourav Sharma, SPMR College of Commerce, bronze.
