BHADARWAH: Five jawans of 8 Rashtriya Rifles(8RR) including driver got injured when a gypsy they were traveling in skidded off the road near Premnagar area of Distt-Doda on Batote-Doda-Kishtwar National Highway on Monday. According to reports, an army gypsy which was on its way towards Thathri suddenly skidded off the road and rolled downhill near Premnagar, 20 km from Doda, at 2:00 PM, resulting all five jawans receiving critical injuries.
Locals immediately rushed to the spot and after rescuing all the injured shifted them to Military Hospital Thalela for treatment. A police officer said that all the injured jawans are undergoing treatment at Military Hospital Thalela and are said to be out of danger.
