JAMMU: J and K Handica-pped Welfare Association (Jammu Province) and J and K Handicapped Association (Srinagar) expressed resentment against the State Government for ignoring the plights of handicapped people. Rajinder Singh Manhas (Jammu) and Abdhul Rashid Bhat (Srinagar), while speaking at the meeting informed that the association has unanimously decided to Gherao the Civil Secretariat on 17th January, 2017, in support of their demands.
