Mufti’s 1st Death Anniversary to be observed on Jan 7: Ch Waffa

JAMMU: A meeting was called by Workers’ Forum Nagorta to observe first Death Anniversary of former Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed on 7th January and it was decided that a rally will be organised from Kaluchack to Dhushara Ground Gandhi Nagar.
A meeting held at Kaluchak where large number of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) workers and senior leaders across Jammu province were present.
Addressing workers, senior leader Choudhary Hussain Ali Waffa remembered Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and said Mufti had envisioned greater Jammu and Kashmir and he wanted to make people of J and K self reliant by restoring their dignity.
“Mufti was always saying that dialogue is the only solution of any problem and only dialogue process can resolve any issue even Kashmir issue and stressed upon India and Pakistan to shun atmosphere of hostility and sit on table to resolve all issues including Kashmir,” he said.
Waffa added that they will observe first Death Anniversary of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed from Kaluchak to Gandhi Nagar Ground and appealed to every district and Tehsil of the Jammu province to participate in the rally and pay tributes to their legend of the State.
Ex MLC Rafiq Shah, SC/OBC Cell Madan Lal Chalotra, Ex Cooperator Bachan Lal, Youth Leader Vikram Singh, Nadeem Khan and Shahnawaz Sufi were also present.
