KATHUA: Election of the Jasrotia Biradri has been announced and scheduled to be held on 12th June 2016.
As per the election committee of the Jasrotia Sanatan Dharma Sabha Jasrota, the election of the President of the Sabha President will be held on 12th June 2016. In this regard, election committee will visit from 1st to 28th May 2016 in different villages of the J and K, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab where the Jasrotia Biradri for the first round of the elections/nominations of the Graham Pradhans of the different villages. The elected/nominated Graham Pradhans will cast their vote in the election of the Jasrotia Sanatan Dharma Sabha Jasrota President. The scheduled visit of the committee in different villages are as Jammu, Nagrota and Badodi on the 1st May 2016; villages Penthi, Ghagwal, Sanoora and Madhoon on 4th May; villages Badholi, Saidaa, Maya, and Satura on 5th May; Hiranagar W.No. 5,6 and Bazaar, Jandi, Chanchaal and Sube Chak on 8th May; Katli, Balot, Dayala Chak, and Patyari on 11th May; villages Chadwal, Manyaari, Jenghi (Marheen), Parsoo Chak, Ucchi Hewali, Kanak Supwalma (Bebiya Border), Spral pain (Hariya Chak) on 12th May; villages Tanda Patha, Lower Seshwan, Nai Basti Balarh, Ladwal and Seshwan on 15th May; villages Saprain, Thakurpura, Balarh and Chandwan on 18th May; villages Khurd, Kashwa, Chainpura, Rainee, Mohalla Talab Chandwan and Dewani on 19th May; villages Thathi, Bann, Dhaloti, Amala, Baira, Kharakhad and Meratha on 22th May; villages Barwal, Bagyial Morh, Jandhoore, Logate, Boswain Morh, Janglote, Kharote and Kathua (wards) on 25th May; Billawar area villages such as Malti, Rampur, Deoli, Dharamkot, Krishanpur on 26th May; villages of Punjab State such as Haryal Chakki, Sujanpur, Shadipur Dinanagar and Karoli on 27th May; villages of Himachal Pradesh where the Jasrotia Biradri residing such as Thana Jasoor, Barote, Khalona, Kandwal, Jachh, Nurpur, Khajjian and Tehar on 28th May 2016. The next meeting of the Jasrotia Sanatan Dharma Sabha Jasrota will be held on 29th May 2016 in which the future course of action regarding the election of the President of the Sabha will be discussed.
