JKBOSE’s employee first to retire under ‘new rules’

SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir government has beforetime retired its first employee under new rules–an employee from Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education.
According to an order, the Board of School Education Beforetime retired it’s one of the employee who has already completed 27 years of service on October 14, 2020 in Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education Department.
The order issued by BOSE chairman Veena Pandita reads, “In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 226 (2) of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service Regulation, the Chairman of BOSE hereby gives a notice to Fayaz Ahmad Siraj, Orderly that he having already completed 27 years’ service on October 14, 2020 shall retire from service with immediate effect forenoon of December 1, 2020.”
“The retired employee is allowed three months’ pay and allowances in lieu of three months’ notice,” the order further stated.
