SRINAGAR: Ten persons were injured in two separate road accidents in Anantnag.
In Anantnag, a Tata Mobile vehicle bearing registration number JK03D-6757 driven by Mubashir Ahmad Sheikh son of Abdul Rashid resident of Badasgam collided with a Truck bearing registration number JK03C-3698 driven by Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Teeli resident of Sarnal, Anantnag at general road Khushipora in the jurisdiction of Police Station Kokernag, resulting in injuries to the driver of Tata Mobile.
The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, a Sumo bearing registration number JK03C-8112 carrying school children hit an electric pole at Nowgam in the jurisdiction of Police Station Achabal, resulting in minor injuries to 09 school children including the driver of the vehicle. All the injured were shifted to Public Health Center Shangus for treatment.
Anantnag police has registered cases in both the incidents.
