JAMMU: Leader of Opposition (Rajya Sabha) expressed deep anguish on Handwara incident in which four youth have been killed in a firing by security forces.
“My heart goes with the family members of those who have lost their dear ones,” Azad said and also requested the State Government that the enquiry announced by the government should be completed in a time bound manner and persons found guilty for the killings of innocent lives should be punished.
