Dear Editor,
The use of plastic and polythene has resulted in endless garbage and choking of water channels and environmental degradation, besides ill health. Biodegradable paper and jute bags should replace them. Let the dairy owners devise their own ways to sell milk. However, any Act not implemented vigorously is as good as it not being legislated.
