KULGAM: The District Magistrate, Kulgam on Friday imposed Public Safety Act (PSA) on an illicit liquor supplier in the district. PSA was slapped against Javid Ahmad Wani, resident of Khudwani, Quimoh. According to the DM, the said detainee was involved in illicit trade of liquor and drug peddling. The general public and religious leaders of the District have appreciated the district administration for taking such a step.
