JAMMU: Employees of Jammu Kashmir National Health Mission (NHM), Block Kot Bhalwal on Wednesday held a convention under the chairmanship of Sushil Sudan, President Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation.
Vinod Kumar Sharma Secretary General JKMEF, Manjeet Singh Secretary, Rohit Seth Senior Leader NHM were also present.
The NHM employees of the Block raised various issues related to the tribulations suffered by them which include framing of the regularisation policy, enhancement of salary, benefit of maternity leave, the transfer policy of employees after 5years eligibility and benefit of medical leave with claim/earned leave at par with permanent employees.
The senior leaders of JKMEF listened to all the problems and assured for their full support in any struggle or step what so ever needed for the redressal of their problems.
The body of NHM employees was also framed in presence of Dr. Manzoor Hussain BMO and Jaswant Singh President JKMEF Block Kot Bhalwal. Nirmal Jamwal was nominated as President, Nancy-Senior Vice President, Ashok Kumar- Vice President, Darshana-General Secretary, Shabnam-Joint Secretary, Subhash Sharma-Cashier, Zamir-Organiser, Dr. Nazima, Dr. Tahir and Parul Pandita-Advisors, Dr. Davinder and Dr. Yogesh-Secretaries.
