RAMBAN: Live Stock Development Board (LSDB) Jammu organised Bovine Breeding (BBF) Fertility Camps under National Project at Killa Seri, Chanderkote and Veterinary Hospital, Kahubagh in district Ramban on 10th and 11th March respectively.
Earlier repeat breeder, infertile, late heat and uterine infection cases were identified by the field staff of chosen areas under the supervision of VAS, Ramban, Dr. Ab. Qayoom Teli which were examined and prescribed by Vets under the supervision of HoD Gynae Department SKUAST – Jammu Dr. Utsav Sharma.
Farmers and social workers also visited the camp alongwith their team and they encouraged the farmers to involve in dairy farming. Mineral mixture and dosing medicines were distributed free among all the farmers present.
The animals diagnosed for various Gynae related problems shall be adopted for complete treatment by the department.
