JAMMU: A Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan after hearing Adv HC Jameria on Thursday issued notice to Commissioner Secretary Public Works , Chief Engineer PWD(R&B) Jammu, Executive Engineer PWD (R&B) Special Sub Division Gandoh(Bhalessa) Distt. Doda and Deputy Commissioner Doda which were accepted by the AAG LK Moza who in turn sought time for seeking instructions.
The DB issued these notices while hearing a Public Interest Litigation filed by inhabitants of Village Sinoo Dalori Tehsil Gandoh Bhalessa seeking direction to respondents to construct the PWD Dak Bunglow at place Sinoo of Village Sinoo Dalori of Tehsil Gandoh Bhalessa District Doda without further wastage of time in furtherance of the tender notice.
