KATRA: Sanjay Rasotra and Ravinder Koul bagged Carom and Chess titles respectively in the two-day sports meet, organised by Sports Wing of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB), held for staff members from Adhkuwari, Sanjichhat, Bhawan and Bhairon.
Around 19 such staff members took part in this competition which was held at Gym Hall at the Bhawan, a handout issued here on Thursday informed. The competition was officiated by the technical panel comprising Raman Gupta, Sunil Khajuria and Jaideep Kumar.
The winners were given away the title trophies by the Chief Guest, Sub Divisional Magistrate Bhawan, Jagdish Singh while Tehsildar Bhawan, Dhuni Chand was Guest of Honour. Among others present were Deputy Manager, A.S Choudhary; Assistant Security Officer, Neeraj Raina and Supervisor, Anchal Dass.
