JAMMU: JPians have once again proved their mettle in sports as three students of JP World School have been selected for 62nd National School Basketball U-17 Championship which is going to be held from 26th to 30th December at DPS Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh.
Amandeep Singh of Grade 10 while Aditya and Mananya of Grade 9 were selected on the basis of their sports skills observed by the officials of Jammu and Kashmir Basketball Federation.
They were attending the ten days national basketball camp wherein they exhibited their outstanding performance and could make their entry in J and K team.
They were welcomed and honoured in the school in a special assembly. The school principal Jitinder Singh Hundal congratulated them, their parents and the school coach Laxmi for their hardwork and sports spirit.
