JAMMU: The government on Tuesday promoted three Superintending Engineers (Civil) Hydraulic Wing of PHE/I&FC as Chief Engineers (Civil), in their own pay and grade for a period of three months or till regular arrangements are cleared by the DPC/PSC. Ashok Kumar Gupta, shall look after the work of Chief Engineer, Design Inspection and Quality Control (DIQC), Bushan Lal Dhar shall look after the work of Chief Engineer Jammu and Kashmir State Power Development, Corporation (JKSPDC) while Padam Nath Bali shall continue to work in J and K ERA against the existing vacancy of Director, J and K.
