JAMMU: United Democratic Party, Jammu and Kashmir, on Monday demanded action against the culprits behinds the murderous attack on party Chairman Kuldeep Singh.
“We condemn the murderous attack on Kuldeep Singh that took place yesterday near Sabzi Mandi, Nanak Nagar by unknown persons,” Mohinder-pal Singh, Youth President of the Party, told reporters here on Monday.
He urged Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and Director General of Police K Rajendra to take action against the culprits within 48 hours failing which party activists will resort to strong agitation in the State. Ajab Singh, Paramjeet Singh, Gahr Singh, Jaspreet Singh and Amarpreet Singh were also present in the press conference.
