JAMMU: Justice Janak Raj Kotwal, Judge High Court Jammu and Kashmir during an interim order, has stayed the operation of Public Service Commission’s (PSC) Selection List dated 22nd November, 2016 till next date of hearing on 9th December, 2016. The aggrieved Puneet Gupta and others had filed Service Writ Petition SWP No 2505/2016 and MP No 1/2016 against the selection list vide Notification No 31-PSC (DR-5) of 2016 dated 22nd November, 2016 pertaining to Advertisement Notification No 12-PSC (DR-P) OF 2014 dated 29th May 2014. The Justice Janak Raj Kotwal has issued notice to the respondents fixing the next date of hearing as 9th December, 2016 with interim directions to stay the operation of Notification dated 22nd November, 2016 till the next date of hearing.
