PIL for introducing Dogri in all schools;DB seeks list of schools having Dogri as subject

JAMMU: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Vikram Malhotra social activist and a politician seeking direction to State for implementing the Government order to introduce Dogri as subject in all private as well as Government schools from the current academic session which is about to begin from April 2015, the curriculum for which is already in place by the Chairman BOSE, a Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan granted one week’s time to BOSE to furnish list of the Government schools as well as private schools having Dogri language as subject.
