JKNPP fighting for Dogras cause: Harsh

JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) Chairman, Harsh Dev singh on Monday said that it was the only regional party of Jammu region which had been fighting for the cause of the Dogras right from the time of its inception both inside and outside the legislature.
“The BJP had miserably failed to live up to the people’s expectations by timidly surrendering all the Jammu based issues before the Kashmir centric leaders for the lust of power, the people of Jammu region were reposing faith in the Panthers Party,” he said and urged all the District Presidents to work with zeal and determination and propagate the party’s agenda at the grass root level to strengthen and expand the party.
Harsh was speaking in a meeting of District Presidents convened Party President Balwant Singh Mankotia to constitute committees at Panchayat, Block and Tehsil levels to strengthen the party base, at party headquarters, here on Monday.
Urging the district presidents to empower JKNPP right from Panchayat level to District level to expand the cadre, Mankotia asked the leaders to submit their performance report every month to the high command for efficient monitoring and evaluation.
He announced that next monthly meeting of the District Presidents shall be held at Udhampur on 28th December to review the performance of the party.
President Young Panthers, Yashpal Kundal, while flaying the BJP’s policy of deceit, duplicity and betrayal, cautioned the people not to get hoodwinked again by the rhetoric and tall pronouncements of the Saffron Party and exhorted them to support and strengthen their own Panthers Party for their bright future.
He adjured the people to give a befitting reply to the BJP for its misdeeds and betrayals in the days to come.
Prominent persons spoke on the occasion included P.K Ganjoo, Rajesh Padgotra, Shankar sIngh Chib, Ajay Singh, Sanjeet Kumar Sharma, Daleep Singh, Rehemat Chaudhary, Imtiyaz Ahamad, Shiv Charan Singh, Sewa Singh Bali, Ghulam Mustfa wani, Ashfaq Rana, Naresh Chib, Gagan Pratap Singh, Shyam Gorkha and Purshottam Parihar.
