Ramban: A meeting of Jammu and Kashmir Rebhar-e-Taleem Forum Zone Ramban was held at Dak bungalow Ramban under the chairmanship of its Zonal President Ramban Surjeet Singh Katoch whereas district President Ramban Farooq Ahmed Runyal and other executive member’s of Zone Ramban was also present in the meeting.
During the meeting various issues of RET fraternity was discussed including long pending salary of teachers, harassment of RET teachers in the name of screening test ,not implementing the high court order regarding the transfer policy and many more issues of REts were also discussed.
In the meeting some new executive members of the forum for Ramban zone also nominated in which Abdul Hafiz nominated as Sr vice president, Ram Parsad singh General secretary/stage secretary, Jagjeet Singh chief coordinator, Rajinder Singh Raju as chief organizer, Surinder Singh chief-convenor, Javed Akhtar joint secretary, Javed Runiyal Publicity secretary, Bikram singh chief Advisor, Pritam Singh Legal Advisor, Keval Singh Secretary, Mushtaq Ahmed coordinaator, Altaf hussian organizer, Sunil Singh Press secretary, Karan Singh Media spokes person and kulvir singh as cashier for Ramban zone.
In this meeting District President Farooq Runyal and Zonal President Ramban Surjeet Katoch warned the Government if their issues will not be resolved with in a week’s time ,there will be a huge protest by RET in all over the state and for any mishappening, government will be responsible for that.
The other persons who spoke in the meeting include Pardreep Chand, Muzaffar Runiyal, Ram Parsad, Farooq Rashid, Abdul Hafiz, Pritam Singh, Shakti Singh, Mohit Kumar, Rajinder Singh, Murari Singh, Manzoor Ahmed and Chail Singh.
