Jawan dies of heart attack

Jammu: A Border Security Force (BSF) jawan on Thursday died after he suffered a heart attack at a border out post (BoP) along the International Border (IB) in Jammu district.
Head Constable Jogender Singh deployed at BoP at Pargwal area along the International Border (IB) in Akhnoor sector of Jammu district suffered heart attack and was shifted to hospital, a senior BSF officer said. He later died at the hospital at 1310 hours, he said. Singh, who belonged to village Nikkian in Khour belt of Akhnoor sector of Jammu district, is survived by his wife, a daughter and a son.
