SRINAGAR: Seven structures were damaged in different fire incidents across the Valley. Fire broke out in the shop of Hakeem Showkat resident of Dobhipora at Kangan Bus Stop Beehama in the jurisdiction of Police Station Ganderbal, resulting in damage to the shop. In another incident, a Wild Life quarter at Shalibugh under the jurisdiction of Police Station Kheer Bhawani, was damaged in a fire incident. Fire also broke out in the houses of Manzoor Ahmad Ganaie, Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Ganaie and Haja Begum residents of Frissal Mukdampora in the jurisdiction of Police Station Kulgam, resulting in damage to all the houses. A Panchayat building at Arigam was damaged in a fire incident under the jurisdiction of Police Station Pulwama. Meanwhile, a house of Abdul Rashid Shah resident of Butmurran was damaged in the jurisdiction of Police Station Keller.
Fire was brought under control by the Fire Service personnel. However, no loss of life or injury was reported in these incidents.
